Anuja and Ram: a DC love story.
Although they live in NYC now, these two met and fell in love in this city, so for their pre-celebration civil ceremony they chose to travel back to this place that means so much to them and get married on a bridge where they once chatted about the possibility of marriage in their earlier dating days. It was just the three of us, as they chose to be their own officiants, which is legal in DC. It was casual and romantic and full of nostalgia and I felt incredibly honored to witness it.
